1. New edition of Staines: Australian House Building Manual
Veteran TAFE lecturer Allan Staines has revised and published the 6th edition of his best-selling Australian House Building Manual now with over 660 illustrations (published March 2010).
This popular book is a step by step guide to House Building showing both new and traditional materials and methods, including brick veneer, timber frame, cavity brick and concrete block construction.
